- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Accuity, 1007 Church Street, Suite 600, Evanston, IL 60201-5930 for access to the Banker's Almanac online database. The NAICS Code is 519130. The contracting officer has determined that Accuity is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Banker's Almanac provides comprehensive bank and payments data in order to identify U.S. correspondent banks' records of funds transfer, such as wire activity and SWIFT messages, when investigating securities transactions which is needed by the SEC staff. This product is provided by the publisher and therefore not available from any other source. Banker's Almanac is the only known source of this information. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one year and the total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Accuity on or about September 5, 2018. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
