- Wage Determination Solicitation RFQ for Perimeter Fencing The United States Department (USDA), APHIS, VS located in Del Rio, TX has an upcoming requirement for the construction of a perimeter fence on Government property. The Period of Performance is expected to begin early in September, 2018. The Complete Solicitation with all the details is expected to be posted on or about Friday August 17, 2018 as a small business set-aside under NAICS 238990. Update: Solicitation Request for Quotation (RFQ) is now attached. please refer to the attachments for details on this requirement along with wage determination information, terms, conditions, clauses and provisions that will be part of the award.
