Description
Terms and Conditions - Parking Solicitation Statement of Work Requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70SBUR19Q00000013 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99-1/07-16-2018. This solicitation is an open market, competitive unrestricted requirement. A list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure is listed below in the Pricing Schedule included as an attachment to this notice. See the Statement of Work Requirements below for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired and for the periods of performance. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision found below. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. USCIS will be using the lowest priced technically acceptable evaluation process for this requirement. Technically acceptable is defined as the offeror meeting all requirements of the Statement of Work Requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable to the acquisition and can be found in the attachment below. Additional contract requirements and terms and conditions can be found in the attachment below. The date, time and place offers are due are located in the attachment below.
