Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs located at 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, NCO 9 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips Healthcare, 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021 for High Tech Medical Equipment Maintenance services on behalf of the Mountain Home, TN Healthcare VA Medical Facility, Engineering Department. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract for one base period with four renewal option years. The contractor has a National Acquisition Center (NAC) contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Therefore, responses from other than the above sources may identify their interest and capabilities to perform the requirement by submitting it in writing via email to Stacey.mcclendon4@va.gov no later than September 4, 2018 by 9:00 AM Central Standard Time. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents because of this notice of intent.
