Description
Justification & Approval Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Sparta Software Corporation's Force Plate Platform/Performance Testing System. Sparta Software Corporation's SpartaTrac Force Platform & Performance Testing System is a jump profile force plate and software system that can accurately and objectively assess the operator's force production, athleticism, fatigue and susceptibility to injury risk, which assists in the assessment of force longevity and readiness. The system includes the Platform/Performance Testing System, Force Plates, and software. SpartaTrac is the only physical assessment and testing system that meets the Government's requirement of providing analytical analysis in the triaxial athletic movement (Load, Explode and Drive) of a jump profile. Sparta Software Corporation is the sole distributer for the SpartaTrac Force Plate Platform/Performance Testing System. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334519, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award single 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Line Items to Sparta Software Corporation (CAGE 7M7Y4). The estimated minimum contract value is $100,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $1,000,000.00. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
