Description

Project Title: Levee Repair at White Sands Missile Range Performance and payment bonds are required (see clause at FAR 52.228-15) This is a 100% competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Ow ned Small Businesses under NAICS 237310 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million dollars. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is betw een $500,000 and $1,000,000 Applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax Rate for Dona Ana County is 6.75% as of the date of solicitation. The aw ardee of this contract will be required to provide a Superintendent at all times w ork is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must work directly for the prime contractor. Resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-AUG-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
