- Solicitation Drawings Refer to the attached solicitation and drawings. NOTICE TO OFFERORS 1. THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP FOR MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY. ONLY Proposals for this requirement are being solicited from the MATOC contractors for the following MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC contractors w ill not be considered for aw ard. CONTRACT NO. W91QVN-18-D-0053, 0054, 0055, 0056, 0057, 0058, 0059, 0060, 0062, 0063, 0064, 0065, 0066, 0067, 0068, 0069, 0070, 0071,0072, 0073, 0074, 0076, 0077, 0078, 0093,0094 and 0163 2.Site Visit: All MATOC offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the site visit. See site visit clause in Section L for schedule. 3. Submission of Proposal: See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "No-offer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation. Offers shall note that "Funds are not Presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available."
