- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has a requirement for a CEB, Inc. (CEB) training course entitled, "Metrics that Matter" to perform technical training course evaluations. The NRC intends to issue a sole source contract to CEB under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(A), since CEB is the only source available that can provide the required training.
