Description

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to award a sole source contract to the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. BNA will provide uninterrupted access to online publications such as The Daily Report and access to the Labor Employment Practice Center. These publications contain copyright protected information which is used by NLRB attorneys for research and trial preparation. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all responses recieved before the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information recieved will also be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
