- Description: ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Christopher Caputo, Contract Specialist, CCAM-ALA, via email: christopher.m.caputo.civ@mail.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. This contract action is for a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: COVER ASSEMBLY, SUMP INPUT NSN: 1615-01-113-0242 OUTPUT NSN: 1615-01-113-0242 INPUT P/N: 145D5322-3 OUTPUT P/N: 145D5322-3 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 25 each - Maximum 300 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 40 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The Cover Assembly, SUMP is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of the Cover Assembly, Sump. These items are non -commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be used. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1615-325, revision date: 02/20/2013, is adequate to support the overhaul of the Cover Assembly, Sump. This is requirement is available as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. All submissions must include full company names, Point of Contact (POC) to include position, office and mobile phone numbers and email address. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and maybe adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation: however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
