Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various Boston Scientific Surgical Implant parts for surgeries at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The establishment of any BPA does not guarantee any BPA calls or orders. In the event that the Government has a need for items listed under the BPA, the Government shall place calls (orders) in accordance with FAR Part 13.303. Calls will be placed against the BPA as the need for supplies occur. The NAICS code is 339113 and vendor must be registered in SAM with this NAICS. Interested parties shall reply to the Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific via email to Mr. Tae Kim at tae.h.kim76.civ@mail.mil. Replies shall include a current price list for the items offered along with the company capability statement describing the products and ability to provide the items indicated. Telephone requests will not be honored. Responses are due by 24 August 2018, 10:00 AM HST.
