This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for one job for professional services to provide data analysis and synthesis of previously unpublished information on Cook Inlet Beluga Whales from strandings and subsistence harvests per the enclosed statement of work (SOW) included in this request for quote (RFQ) NMFS AKR-17-20817 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541620 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
