- Sole Source J&A Materials List W564KV-18-Q-S012 Reference Presolicitation Notice: W564KV-18-R-0028. The new solicitation number is W564KV-18-Q-S012. Questions pertaining to this solicitation may be submitted until 27 August 2018. Please forward questions to luke.m.maloney.civ@mail.mil and trudy.m.pryga.civ@mail.mil. No phonecalls will be accepted. Requirement Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide United States Africa Command (AFRICOM) Building 3312 Information Technology (IT) and Electronic Security Systems (ESS). he Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the ervices herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Place of Performance: The Contractor shall perform work under the resulting contract at Kelley Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. Period of Performance: The period of performance is five (5) months after contract award. Contract Type: The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
