Description

The Veteran Health Indiana, VA Medical Center Indianapolis, located at 1481 W10 Street, Indianapolis IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for contractor to provide Semi-Annual, and Annual maintenance service on six (6) Hazmat Fire Control Systems and four (4) Ansul Hood Systems, and to perform visual inspections on the same ten (10) units monthly. This shall also include Semi-Annual re-certification. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to VOSB/SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than VOSB/SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is October 1, 2018 for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 16, 2018. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: olalekan.ismail@va.gov no later than August 22, 2018. Quotations are due no later than 14:00 PM (EST) on August 24, 2018 by email olalekan.ismail@va.gov or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 NAICS 561621 applies. Size standards $20.5 Million.
