Description

This Combined Synopsis / Solicitation is for the acquisition of CPU Holders and Keyboard Trays for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is competed as a Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY acquisition due to application with the hospital s other office furniture. Line items must be the exact stock number as listed in the Schedule of Supplies. All questions must be emailed by 0800 AM PST on 8/20/2018 to provide time to respond to all interested parties. No questions via telephone will be answered. All offers must include the cost of shipping / freight to 90822. All offerors must include a letter from the manufacturer stating that your company is authorized to distribute their products. All offerors must fill out and email the SF1449 below along with their quote on company letterhead in PDF format to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on 8/21/2018. No late offers will be accepted.
