Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number 36C26118Q9535 is hereby issued to solicit the requirements for software upgrade for current lab testing interface to VA VistA, Data Innovations, is capable of auto verifying normal lab results without the need to technologist review. The rules and algorithms can be built into the lab s current system without the need for multiple third-party software items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Data Innovations Inc. under the authority of FAR 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit price quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive price quotations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112, size standard 1000 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99, dated June 15, 2018 & July 16, 2018 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010.
