Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: 36C77618Q9229 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Cidver Corporation 220 Wintergreen Dr. U C Lumberton, NC 28358-2376 for the procurement of Human Resources (HR) Development and Program Evaluation in support of the Workforce Management and Consulting Office (WMC) program under the authority of 38 U.S.C. § 8127 ©, Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this contract is to develop and implement a methodology to assess and measure HR Academy s effectiveness, design and develop a web-based automated dashboard depicting a holistic summary of HR Academy s offerings as well as develop, implement and maintain strategies to strengthen HR Academy s share point.
