- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0228 for NAI Circuit Cards This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0228 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from North Atlantic Industries, Inc. to acquire two (2) each 64CS4 VME-6U Combination Digital-to-Synchro/Resolver (D/S), S/D Board Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), Part Number 64CS4-SJZ02020200AH100 and two (2) each 64C2 VME-6U Multifunction Input/Output (I/O) Board CCAs, Part Number 64C2-C2F1Z0K6Z0Z00AH10 in accordance with combined synopsis/solicitation. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 20 August 2018, no later than 11:00 a.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 24 August 2018.
