Description: This notice is provided to inform all potential candidates/offerors to provide bids at for Remove provide underground storage tanks for Buildings 7, 47 and 99 Project Number 529-17-101 at the Butler VA Medical Facility. This is a new requirement. The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office, Butler, PA requires Remove and provide underground storage tanks for designated areas of Buildings 7, 47 and 99 at the Butler VA Medical Facility. The contractor shall perform the work in accordance with the solicitation, plans and specifications. Project Number 529-17-101. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, supervision, equipment, permits, testing and reports in accordance with all federal, state and local codes and regulations. A Site Visit is planned for August 21, 2018; location and further details listed in the solicitation. This solicitation is to be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The firm must be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 240 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All offerors must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov. Bidders must ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov).
