Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into an other than full and open competition, sole source agreement with Four Points Technology for the services of maintenance and support on Ricoh copiers and printers. This is in accordance with 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 and VAAAR 819.7007, authorized by statute. Maintenance and support services for copiers and printers will be performed at the following: Department of Veterans Affairs Walla Walla VA Medical Center 77 Wainwright Drive Walla Walla, WA 99362 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
