- Modification to Pre-solicitation PR 74323535, 1560-016232146, SPAR,AIRCRAFT, 80 Each IAW drawing The required production lead-time is 215 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. First Article test required. Item is of critical application. Export Control is required. Material is a Critical Safety Item. This procurement includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. The Reverse Auction will be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation. If you have any problems with registration, contact the Procurex Help Desk by email at service@procurexinc.com or toll-free at 866-412-7161. Digital mylar data exists for this NSN, and will be included in the technical data package provided by DLA If unable to use the data in the digital format provided, the contractor will be responsible for having the data converted to the necessary format (i.e. mylar film), through a third party and bear the associated costs when converting from digital to stable based format, the digital mylar shall be plotted on Stable base material, while maintaining the dimensional accuracy demands of the undimensioned drawing. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 8/29/18 and close 30 days later.
