- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Submit offers on RFQ-RML-E-1911899 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99 as of 06/22/2018 The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332618 with a small business size standard of 500. This is a total small business set aside. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to purchase: WIRE BAR LID, MOUSE, 24 GAUGE 304 STAINLESS STEEL, RIM ROD DESIGN WITH 14 GAUGE & 11 GAUGE 304 STAINLESS STEEL ROD, HALF SIZE, STOPPER GUARD, VERTICALLY SWINGING DIVIDER, WITH FRONT AND REAR OF FEEDER ANGLED, ELECTROPOLISHED - Quantity 25000 The required product must fit on a Lab Products 750 cage. The dimensions of the feeder are approximately 7 ¼ deep by 5 ¾ wide by 3 ¼ height (feeder to cage bottom). Delivery on or before 120 days ARO. Quote must include any shipping charges and ETA. FOB point shall be destination; Bethesda MD 20814 To 3 locations: 14B South, NIH campus, Bethesda MD 50, NIH Campus Bethesda MD Twinbrook 3, 12735 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville MD The government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to the responsible contractor as a result of this RFQ that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.
