Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for JSTOR archival journal collections as specified in accordance FAR Subpart 12.6. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 70Z03918RFQPDD76800 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The requirement consists of the Annual Access Fee (AAF) one-time payment option and the Archive Capital Fee for the specified archive journal collections. These fees are based on the USCG Academy's status as a very small U.S. four year college with current JSTOR collections. The USCG Academy in New London, CT would like to acquire JSTOR collections listed as follows: Sustainability with Arts & Sciences III to include capital fees Security Studies to include capital fees Arts & Sciences III The Academy requires that the AAF be calculated for the one-time payment option for each collection.
