- The 174th Contracting Office, Hancock Field Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Syracuse, New York intends to aw ard a firm fixed price contract for the installation of Epoxy Floors at the 174th ATKW, Hancock Field, Syracuse, NY 13211. Work w ill be performed in accordance w ith the attached statement of w ork (SOW), dated 23 July 2018. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238330 and the Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 million. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The magnitude of this project is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. A site visit w ill be held on 21 August 2018 at 10:00AM Eastern.
