Description

Mobile Occupational Health Medical Services for Respiratory Fit Testing and Hearing Conservation The is posted in DRAFT mode. the DRAFT version Combined Synopsis (36C25618U0206) is being released for informational purposes. Interested parties are encouraged to review the draft solicitation as well as all supplemental documents and prepare their quotes. Upon approval of internal review an amendment will be issued removing the label DRAFT. The review approval is expected to be complete nlt 20 August 2018 at which time an amendment will be issues to formally remove the label of Draft. Purpose The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Mobile Occupational Health Medical Services / Respiratory Fit Testing and Hearing Conservation requirement is to provide onsite Respiratory Fit Testing and Hearing Conservation Testing to both Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center employees and the Houston National Cemetery full-time support (FTS), and/or temporary personnel who are or could potentially be exposed to health hazards in the work environment. See attachment.
