- PreSolicitation No. F0118Q0149 Janitorial Service for Malheur NWR Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, Princeton, Oregon The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) - Contracting and General Services (CGS) Region 1, located at 911 NE 11th Avenue; Portland, OR 97232, is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Service at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, Princeton, Oregon. The Period of Performance will be from date of award for one base year with four option years. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: janitorial service as specific in the as specified in the performance work statement. To be considered responsive, offerors shall submit the following with their quote: Offerors shall provide a description of three (3) project where they have provided janitorial service. Project shall have occurred in the past five (5) years, can be ongoing (minimum of 25% completed), and does not have to be a Government contract to be considered. Detailed information is outlined in FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), located in the Solicitation. Failure to provide this information prior to the closing to the closing of the solicitation (Block 8 of the SF1449) will result in the quote being nonresponsive. The solicitation, specifications and other attachments will be available for download on FedBizOpps (FBO) (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about August 24, 2018, with an anticipated proposal due date of September 12, 2018. In order to view these documents, prospective offerors are required to self-register their firm with FBO (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and Register Now under Vendor / Citizens). Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. To be considered for award, interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM database at (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) and must be completed at this same website. The anticipated award date will be on or about September 17, 2018. In accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-2, the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 (janitorial service) with a small business size standard of $18.0 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Government.
