THE SOLICITATION CONSISTS OF 2 PARTS: 1. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) W912PA-18-Q-0043 2. ATTACHMENT I, PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS), 20 PAGES. AWARD DATE IS ANTICIPATED FOR ON OR ABOUT 20 SEPTEMBER 2018. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Offerors shall submit the documentation requested in CLAUSE 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS AND ITS ADDENDUM (Page 7 thru 12). SAM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): In order to be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov). Detailed instructions for SAM registration are found on Page 11 and 12. We look forward to your timely offer. // The U.S. Government currently anticipates a requirement for Language (French) translation support and administrative assistance near Lille, France, Europe. Services rendered under this contract will provide language translation support (French-English and vice versa) and administrative assistance to U.S. Service Members and Families during in/out-processing and throughout the duration of their assignment to RRC-FR in order to enable and maintain integration into the greater Lille community and respond to emergent issues. Additionally, services rendered under this contract will provide regular and routine administrative assistance in order to ensure the smooth functioning and regulatory compliance of the U.S. contingent and U.S. National Support Element (NSE) of the RRC-FR. The solicitation for this requirement is expected to be released on or about 10 August 2018, with an award date on or about 20 September 2018. Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM) may be awarded a contract as a result of a solicitation. Payment for this requirement will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Contractors shall be registered in WAWF. Because this requirement is located OCONUS, FAR Part 19 does not apply, therefore this requirement will not be set aside for small business.
