This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q9548. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those attached in attachment 4 effects through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 effective November 06, 2017. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors size standard of $15 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center 1111 East End Blvd. Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 is seeking to purchase Inspection & Flow Test of Standpipes. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be a onetime service that will be completed 1 September 2018 to 30 September 2018 for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Inspect and flow test the following: Main Building 1: a. West Stairwell b. Center Stairwell c. East Stairwell d. North Stairwell Standpipe e. Stairwell #6 (New Clinical Addition) CLIN 0002: Inspect and flow test the following: CLC Building 27: a. Stair # 1 b. Stair # 2 c. Stair # 3 Place of Performance Address: Department of Veterans Affairs Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center 1111 East End Blvd. Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711Country: UNITED STATES All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 2 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number WD 15-4239 (Rev.-7), dated 07/10/2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 3. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
