- Clause Matrix SOW The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This requirement is set-aside for small business. This is anticipated to be a competitive. The award will be for Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV), Intrusion Detection Alarm System Upgrade. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. Size Standard $27.5 million. The proposed is for Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV), Intrusion Detection Alarm System Upgrade, including materials, labor, installation, and support as provided in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). A site survey will be held on August 23, 2018 at 1:00pm Pacific Time. Please see the SOW for additional information. In accordance with FAR Part 8.004(b), if an agency is unable to satisfy requirements for supplies or services from the mandatory sources listed in 8.002 and 8.003, commercial open market sources are permitted to satisfy the requirement. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached in the matrix. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service interested in submitting a quote may do so. All vendors submitting a bid shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an active DUNS number along with their Representations and Certifications completed in SAM. This requirement will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to teresa.a.roshau-delgado@usdoj.gov no later than August 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to Teresa Delgado at teresa.a.roshau-delgado@usdoj.gov. Late submissions will not be accepted.
