Synopsis The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veteran Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 08, Tampa, Florida intends to issue a solicitation for contractors to provide Blood Compatibility Testing Services (Blood Bank Transfusion Service) provided by a registered and licensed blood bank entity.
