Description: Statement of Work for USTs Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The objective is to permanently close three (3) diesel fuel underground storage tanks (USTs) and their respective associated piping in accordance with North Dakota Administrative Code (NDAC) 33-24-08-61. The USTs included in this project are 528-1, 649-1, and 664-1 and are located on the Grand Forks Air Force Base, (GFAFB). Due to the UST's location relative to adjacent buildings and other subsurface infrastructure, all three USTs will be abandoned in place, not removed.
