Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Philadelphia VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Galil Medical Inc 4364 Round Lake Road, Arden Hills, MN 55112 to provide a Galil Visual-ICE Cryoablation System, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. Galil is the sole distributor of the required items. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest; accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 8/15/18 at 4 PM EST. ALL Responses should be sent to thomas.cossentino@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
