Description

Network Contracting Office 17 intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Cuna Supply, LLC., 5455 Dashwood St., Suite 500, Bellaire, TX 77401, to provide brand name Intensa patient lockers, locks, bariatric patient guest seating, physician stools, design and installation, and storage in accordance with FAR 19.1406 and VAAR 819.7007. Cuna Supply is the only SDVOSB distributor for the Texas region for Intensa. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest; accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contract Specialist no later than August 17, 2018. Any responses should be sent to severino.sarabia@va.gov.
