- DRAFT Purchase Description This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications. Please respond with your size standard and a capability statement that covers the attached draft Purchase Description for copier leases. Please note the 24 hour response time in the purchase description. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources only. ACC-RI intends to consider all comments when developing its finalized acquisition strategy and resulting solicitation(s). Please submit all Capability Statements by 12:00 P.M. CST on August 20, 2018 by email to adam.m.geneva.civ@mail.mil. Statements should state which items can be met and which items cannot be met. This is for information only which may be used for planning purposes and should not be construed as a Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for the information solicited. ACC-RI will only utilize the information you provide in developing its acquisition approach for future requirements.
