Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Lebanon VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a fixed price service contract for preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on the Hologic C-Arm and DEXA equipment, IAW with the Statement of Work. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the attached solicitation 36C24418Q9570 for additional information regarding this requirement. This solicitation is posted as Unrestricted. The government anticipates awarding a contract for a Base period and up to four option years of performance. Award will be by Lowest-Priced Technical Acceptable (LPTA). Please see the attached solicitation for the Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811219.
