Description

INDUSTRY Q&A PWS AMENDMENT 02 AMENDMENT 02: The purpose for amendment 02 is to: 1. Update RFP, ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, paragraph (m)(12)(v)(5). Added: Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan. 2. Update RFP, ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, paragraph (m)(12)(v)(6). Added: Evidence of Final Top Secret Facility Clearance per PWS section 12.1. 3. Update RFP, ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, paragraph (m)(12)(iv). Added: Under no circumstances shall the information and documentation from the Price Volume be included elsewhere in the proposal other than Volume IV and Volume VII. 4. Update Attachment #1 (PWS). Added-Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan in the Deliverables, section 11 of PWS. 5. Add Attachment #8 (Industry Q&A spreadsheet). All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 01: The purpose for amendment 01 is to provide clarification on proposal due date. 1. The proposal due date is September 4, 2018 at 09:00 AM (EST). 2. The questions due date is August 9, 2018 at 09:00 AM (EST), RFP addendum 52.212-1, paragraph (H) is updated accordingly. 3. DD254, attachment 2, has been updated accordingly. All other terms and conditions remain the same and in full force and effect.
