- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the773d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (773 ESS), San Antonio, TX, intends to issue a sole source award to Health Factor Empowering Self Care Inc. in the estimated amount of $146,300.00 to provide an interactive Web-based software tool that supports the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS) from Health Factors Empowering Self Care Inc. to continue the Air Force (AF) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) evaluation effectiveness study. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Exzentrius Sturdivant, exzentrius.sturdivant.2@us.af.mil.
