- Brand Name J&A Atch 3 - Fill-in required provisions Atch 2 - Fill-in required quote information Atch 1 - PWS RFQ/Combo - FA5270-18-Q-A039 Please read the attached file for more details -- " FA5270-18-Q-A039 " Please send all questions no later than 11:00 am JST on 31-AUG-2018, any questions sent after that will be considered late and does not guarantee a response. The vendor shall submit the response to this RFQ via email to the Contract Administrator: SSgt Darrell Thornburgh, E-Mail: darrell.thornburgh@us.af.mil ; no later than 11:00 am JST on 14-SEP-2018 in order to be considered timely. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation is MSgt Jose Hernandez, E-Mail: jose.hernandez.17@us.af.mil. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quote is "late" and will not be considered. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Please note that this requirement is "Brand Name Only" for Motorola equipment.
