Description

Posting The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) has a requirement to acquire a Spectra - Physics Mai - Tai Tai Sapphire laser from Newport Corporation by other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions. Vendors may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement or submit a proposal. However, all responses received before the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Award to be made based on response offering the best value to the Government considering price and response time.
