Project Title: ENERGY STAR Window, Door and Skylight Market Analysis Report NAICS: 541910 Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Sole Source Contractor: Ducker Worldwide, LLC Estimated Dollar Value: $25,500.00 Description Requirement: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, The Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) is requesting services for an ENERGY STAR Window, Door and Skylight Market Analysis Report. This research report will be provided to EPA with ENERGY STAR window, door and skylight tracking data for 2017 (With an additional Option year for 2018) using the AAMA U.S. market studies for windows, doors and skylights and a basis, but with additional reporting and analysis to meet specific data requests from EPA. EPA is also requesting summary data on the ENERGY STAR Most Efficient windows program for 2017. Authority: 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Notice Closing Date: 08/14/2018 by 12:00PM Eastern Time Proposed Vendor: Ducker Worldwide, LLC THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES: This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106- 1(b). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Management in Washington, D.C. intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Ducker Worldwide, LLC. It has been determined that Ducker Worldwide, LLC is uniquely qualified to satisfy the Government ¿s requirements. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPAs requirement as stated herein may submit a capability statement, which if received within ten (5) calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing and provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government.
