- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Medical Informationist. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Medical Informationist. It is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-18-Q-A073 for Medical Informationist for Fairchild AFB is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and other associated documents. The contract consists of a base Year from 17 September 2018 through 16 September 2019 and plus one option year. The NAICS code is 541611 with a size standard of $15 million. The solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
