- Attachment #2_Solicitation W912LP-18-Q-8093 Full-Text Provision and Clauses Attachment #1_SleepNap Pod Min Specs This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-18-Q-8093, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99, effective 16 July 2018. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337127 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The basis for award is price. The following commodity item is requested in this solicitation: Contractor shall provide Sleep/Nap Pod in accordance with the Minimum Specifications (reference Attachment #1). Contract line item numbers (CLIN) and quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001, Sleep/Nap Pod, Required Delivery Date (30 days ARO), Quantity (QTY)/Unit of Issue (U.I.): 1 each CLIN 0002, Installation, Required Delivery Date (30 days ARO), Quantity (QTY)/Unit of Issue (U.I.): 1 each Descriptions: CLINS 0001 and 0002: described within the Minimum Specifications Attachment #1.
