- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Juan VA Medical Center has a need to procure and install 1 (each)- a 75 Dual Screen Collaboration System with (2) 75 4K display, and remote-control system. Install A (55 ) Single Screen Collaboration System. 3-HDMI Multi-viewer System, relocation and rewiring of two (2) (55 ) LCD s onto room rear left and right corners for workstation use, for San Juan, VAMC NDMS- National Disaster Medical Center Patient Reception areas throughout the island of San Juan, PR clinics to include: Guayama, Ponce, Mayaguez, Arecibo, Utuado, Comerio, Ceiba and Vieques.
