Description
Statement of Work (SOW) for LV CYS Camp This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13 and the number assigned is W9124X-18-R-0002. This solicitation is issued for small business; the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721214 and size standard is $7.5 Million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 effective 06 Nov 2017 and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016. The Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) has a requirement for the following items: Lodging 145 PAX August 24-26, 2018 870 Meals Starting with Dinner on August 24, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner August 25 and ending with Breakfast and Lunch on August 26 Meeting Space and Activities for 3-days and 2-nights (As outlined in the Statement of Work) The contractor shall provide services to facilitate the accomplishment of all tasks outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). CONTRACT TYPE AND EVALUATION CRITERIA: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price. The award will be made based of best value under FAR Part 13.106. The Government, with evaluation based on 1. The ability of the contractor to meet the all of the requirements outlined in the SOW. 2. Price-the Nevada National Guard reserves the right to award to the lowest price as best value to the government. 3. Past Performance History. The NVARNG intends to award a "single" firm fixed price contract. Partial quotations will not be considered. NOTES: Interested offerors must be registered in SAM. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with FedBizOpps before accessing the system. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price technically acceptable. Provision for Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible contractor (See FAR Part 9) whose quote represents the lowest overall price while meeting the technical requirements of the RFQ and the Nevada Army National Guard. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a government contract. Site Visit: No site visit required.
