BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY 2018 FINAL ANNOUNCEMENT August 13, 14, 15 & 16, 2018 The Professional Aerospace Contractors Association (PACA) of New Mexico invites you to attend their 32 nd consecutive annual BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY on August 13-16, 2018 at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For those individuals or corporations desiring to enjoy 5-star hotel accommodations, have sidebar meetings and etc., PACA has negotiated a special rate for Hotel Chaco, which is attached to Hotel Albuquerque Old Town. The 2018 BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY offers three full days of comprehensive presentations and an exceptional opportunity to meet with Industry and Government customers face-to-face. This year's event will begin with a courtyard social on Monday evening, 13 August, from 5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday morning, 14 August, will begin with a hearty networking breakfast, with the formal event proceedings starting at 8 a.m. sharp, with a top-notch reception at Casa Esencia from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This BFI will conclude on Thursday afternoon, 16 August. The BFI draws in excess of 500 industry and Government representatives annually. The presentations feature new business opportunities for the upcoming year and foreseeable future and will include descriptions of missions, program objectives, value and plans; points of contact, as well as breakout sessions for more detailed information. We anticipate over $22B in upcoming opportunities to be presented at this years conference. Topics will include: •· Research and development •· Test and evaluation •· Technical and analytical support •· Operations and maintenance •· Systems procurement PACA has invited over 30 presenters to participate in this years' event to include: •· Air Force Research Laboratory(AFRL) (all directorates) •· Space and Missile Systems Center Directorates •· Operationally Responsive Space Office (ORS) •· Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) •· PEO for Strategic Systems •· Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) •· AF Global Strike Command agencies •· High Energy Laser Joint Technology Office (HEL-JTO) •· White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) If you are a small business and have a current (within 2 years) Small Business Innovative Research Project (Phase II or Phase III) we offer you an opportunity to display and showcase your project to both government and contractor representatives.
