- Design-Build request for proposal IFB226B XTLF 18-1025 Construct Allied Support for Temporary Flying Squadron Facility. The requested Temporary Modular Structure (TMS) shall not exceed 21,000 square feet. The (TMS) shall house the 33rd Flying Training Squadron command staff, six training flight rooms with accompanying flight command and instructor pilots. Additional support facilities to include allocated space for training and check flights, medical check, a squadron level meeting space, associated restroom facilities as defined in the exhibit with a single room devoted to breast feeding mothers in one of the women’s rest rooms. Additional administrative support staff spaces are identified in the exhibit. Commander’s conference room shall be large enough for all squadron leadership to meet. The Proposed building shall not exceed a height of 57 feet if West edge of temporary facility is in line with West edge of facility 170; or, 35 feet if west edge extends beyond west edge of facility 170 once fully constructed. The facilities foot print shall not exceed 21,000 sq ft and shall maintain a 30 foot separation from existing structures or have a 2 hr rated exterior wall on the two sides closest to the structure. Provide exterior stairs, patios and other horizontal paths to all adjacent structures. 1. Provide full design documentation in support of the construction of a non-permanent facility of approximately 21000 square feet within the prescribed site. Part 6 contains the agreed upon 35% design package. It will be expected of the DOR to maintain within justification, the floor plan as shown and develop through to the 100% design package. 2. Assess all existing utilities, altering routing as required to allow access to new non-permanent structure. 3. Provide alteration to existing flight line fence required to achieve the intended controlled access using like design standards and materials. 4. Provide East side fire response access. 5. Provide design analysis per UFC 1-201-01, 1 January 2013 or newer, refer to section 1-7 for specific design analysis requirements. These shall be presented in the prescribed format as a separate bound document as each design stage. 6. Provide construction of structure as agreed through design stages. Notice to Offeror: (s)/Supplier (s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The ASRC Federal & Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event of cancellation of this solicitation ASRC Federal & Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
