Description

The U.S. Marshals Service awarded an order on a sole-source basis with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (EZ Pass), 4 World trade Center, 23rd Floor, New York, NY to provide the Southern District of New York tunnel and bridge access for one (1) year during government fiscal year 2019 through the service of EZ passes for government owned vehicles utilized in the performance of official duties. Travel throughout the city and surrounding area is integral in the duties of Deputy U.S. Marshals. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488490. The SB size standard for this code is $7.5 million. The Government awarded on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 - Circumstances permitting other than full and open competition. The determination of the Government not to open this requirement to full and open competition was made in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government awarded the order on or about August 8, 2018. The Government will not be responsible for any costs of preparation in response to this announcement.
