Amendment 0001 08 August 2018 1) This amendment extends the closing date for receipt for proposals until 13 August 2018. ******************************************************************* This is an SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-18-T-2001. This is a full and open competition. NAICS code is 541370 and business size standard is $15M employees. Service requirement is to provide commercial-off-the-shelf aerial/flight services to support data collection from a Leica ADS100 sensor. Statement of work is provided below this solicitation. Location of Services: near Point Mugu, California Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 (7/20/18) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DPN 6/29/18. STATEMENT OF WORK Flight Services for Leica ADS100 1. Scope: Space And Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Pacific requires flight services to support data collection from a Leica ADS100 sensor. Quotes inclusive of all services required to perform testing and evaluation. 2. Applicable Documents: None 3. Technical Requirements: 3.1 Contractor shall provide an aircraft that is certified to fly a Leica ADS100, including installation, infrastructure, support equipment and flight certification. 3.2 Contractor shall be capable of operating a Leica ADS100. 3.3 Contractor shall have flight planning software that is compatible with the Leica ADS100. 3.4 Contractor shall be capable of operating up to a 20kft nominal altitude. 3.5 Aircraft shall be capable of airspeeds of 200 mph, or greater. 3.6 Contractor shall be capable of supporting at least one additional passenger on the flight for operation of the Leica HW. 3.7 Contractor shall provide on-site support for installation, calibration, and removal of sensors. 3.8 Contractor shall be able to fly over restricted airspace near Pt Mugu, CA or other applicable airspace directed by government contract representative. 3.9 Contractor shall provide datalink to ground that would support communications with operators as well as low resolution imagery from the Leica ADS100 pilot SA sensor. 4.0 Deliverables: None. 5.0 Government Furnished Material: Leica ADS100 and supporting equipment for Leica ADS100. 6.0 Travel: Contractors will travel to Point Mugu, CA or other facility as directed. 7.0 Security: Work spaces do not require a security clearance. 8.0 Place of Performance: Work shall be performed near Pt Mugu, CA or at another applicable government facility unless otherwise directed. 9.0 Period of Performance: Five days of flight time not including installation and de- integration. 10.
