Description

The Commodities Enterprise Contract Next Generation Request for Information 36C10B18Q2758, issued on February 26, 2018, is hereby amended to provide updated specifications for PWS Attachment B End User Device Specifications, as well as to add new specifications for Multi-Functional Devices into PWS Attachment G Supporting Technologies Specifications. Please reference the following Microsoft Excel documents: PC_Laptop_Tablet Specification Update for CEC NG 2018.xlsx MFD Spec Updated.xlsx For ALL specifications included in the two MS Excel Workbooks listed above, please provide any positive or negative comments and feedback, such as recommended changes, noted exceptions, ambiguities, etc. Please note that while your response may include questions for VA to consider when developing any final solicitation that may result, the Government does not currently anticipate providing responses to questions received regarding these updated and additional specifications. For the Multi-Functional Device specifications in MFD Spec Updated.zip ONLY, please list all makes/models you are aware of that are not only manufactured by Small Businesses (based on the non-manufacturer rule size standard of 500 employees or less), but meet all required product specifications. For each product identified, please also provide any available information regarding annual production capability. If you are not aware of any IT Hardware Commodity Products that are both manufactured by Small Business (based on the non-manufacturer rule size standard of 500 employees or less), and meet all required product specifications, please state as such.
