Description

This is a sources sought notice; this is neither a solicitation nor a promise of future work. The Wilkes Barre VAMC (693) is seeking SDVOSB/VOSB and any Small or large company regardless of Socio-economic category that can provide the following cited in the Statement of Work below. Statement of Work Introduction The Wilkes Barre VAMC wants to replace the existing Network Automation Engines (NAE) which are integral to the building management system (BMS) that controls the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) at this facility. Purpose The existing NAE controllers are no longer supported by Windows XP and cannot be updated. Scope The vendor shall supply NAE that are compatible with Johnson Controls METASY BMS. Requirements The vendor shall supply and deliver eight (8) NAE55-3 units Deliverables The vendor must supply and deliver the required quantity of units to the Wilkes Barre VAMC located at 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes Barre, PA 18711 Deliveries shall be made during normal business hours 8:00AM 4:00PM and shall not be made during government observed holidays and weekends. The veteran business must be registered in SAM and certified in VETBIZ (VIP). The small or large businesses must be registered in SAM. All Vendors interested in, and with the capability and capacity to fulfill this requirement, are required to furnish the following minimum information in reply to the sources sought: Company Name, address, Government Business Point of Contact, telephone number and email address. Company DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID numbers. Identify any current Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Contracts held, if none then state that no FSS/GSA schedules are held. Responses shall be submitted electronically, via email to Donna Toliver, at donna.toliver3@va.gov Responses are due no later Thursday 08/09/2018 at 1:00 pm.
